Our standard hosting plan is $99.99 per month and includes secure managed hosting, daily website backups, routine updates, and a 48-hour (two business day) turnaround on standard website edits. This service is designed for business owners who want their website protected, maintained, and supported — without chasing technical issues or worrying about site reliability.

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms, pricing, and scope of website hosting and maintenance services provided by Lyfeline Digital, LLC. These standards exist to ensure reliable service, timely support, and consistent billing for all clients.

2. Standard Hosting & Maintenance Pricing

Website Hosting & Maintenance:
$99.99 per website, per month

This is our standard, published rate for ongoing hosting and maintenance services.

3. What’s Included in the $99.99/month Hosting Plan

The monthly hosting and maintenance fee includes the following core services:

Hosting & Infrastructure

  • Secure website hosting on managed servers

  • SSL certificate support (HTTPS)

  • Server monitoring and uptime management

  • Performance optimization at the hosting level

Backups & Security

  • Daily website backups

  • Backup retention for disaster recovery

  • Malware monitoring and basic security hardening

  • Emergency site restoration from backup if needed

Website Maintenance

  • Core platform updates (CMS, themes, plugins where applicable)

  • Compatibility checks after updates

  • Basic troubleshooting related to hosting or site stability

Content & Edit Support

  • Minor website edits (text changes, image swaps, formatting adjustments)

  • 48-hour turnaround (2 business days) on standard edit requests

  • Edits must be requested in writing (email or support channel)

Support

  • Email-based support during normal business hours

  • Hosting-related issue resolution

  • Coordination with third-party vendors if hosting-related issues arise

4. What Is NOT Included

The following services are not included in the $99.99/month hosting fee:

  • New page creation or major content additions

  • Website redesigns or layout restructuring

  • Copywriting or marketing content development

  • Advanced SEO, paid ads, or marketing services

  • Custom development or feature builds

  • Third-party service fees or licenses

  • Business class email (@yourdomain.com). We can provide assistance with getting this setup. We recommend Google Workspace for business email. Check their current rates for additional details.

5. New Content & Additional Pages

New content requests are billed separately.

  • $100+ per additional page, billed on a case-by-case basis

  • Includes basic formatting and publishing

  • Copy must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed

Pricing may vary for complex layouts or specialized functionality.

6. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Hosting services are billed in advance and must be paid prior to the start of each billing period.

  • Active payment is required to maintain uninterrupted hosting and maintenance services.

  • Accounts with repeated failed payment attempts may be moved to a prepaid billing structure, including monthly, quarterly, or annual billing, at Lyfeline Digital’s discretion.

    • Monthly Payment Amount: $99.99

    • Quarterly Payment:  $299.00

    • Semi-Annual Payment:  $599.00

    • Annual Payment:  $990.90 (Two Months Free)

  • If payment is not successfully processed within three (3) calendar days of the renewal date, hosting services may be temporarily paused and the website may be placed into maintenance mode.

  • Additional or individualized late-payment notifications will not be sent. Clients are responsible for maintaining an active, valid payment method through the customer portal to ensure successful automatic billing.

  • Accounts with multiple consecutive failed debit attempts may have hosting services cancelled. In such cases, hosting services must be reactivated with a new payment before service can resume.

7. Service Continuity & Enforcement

Lyfeline Digital reserves the right to:

  • Pause hosting services for non-payment

  • Require prepaid billing for clients with repeated payment failures

  • Update billing policies as needed to maintain service quality

Clients will be notified of any policy updates or required billing changes.

8. Policy Acceptance

By maintaining active hosting services with Lyfeline Digital, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
