Late Payment & Service Suspension

All website hosting and maintenance services are billed in advance and require a valid payment method on file to remain active.

If a scheduled payment is not successfully processed on the renewal date, the account will enter a short grace period of three (3) calendar days to allow the client to update their payment information through the customer portal.

If payment is not received within this grace period:

  • Hosting services may be temporarily suspended

  • The website may be placed into maintenance mode or taken offline

  • Access to hosting-related services may be restricted

Lyfeline Digital does not provide additional or individualized late-payment reminders beyond automated billing notifications. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.

Accounts that experience multiple or consecutive failed payment attempts may be subject to hosting cancellation at Lyfeline Digital’s discretion. Cancelled hosting services must be reactivated with a new payment before service resumes, and reinstatement fees may apply.

Lyfeline Digital is not responsible for any loss of data, traffic, leads, revenue, or business interruption resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
